- Sujet
- Retinitis pigmentosa 9, also known as RP9, is thought to be a target protein for the PIM1 kinase. This protein may play some roles in B-cell proliferation in association with PIM1. Recombinant human RP9 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
