Attributs du produit: Recombinant mouse IL-3 is supplied as a frozen liquid comprised of 0.22 µm sterile-filtered aqueous buffered solution and containing glycerol and 2 mg/ml biotechnology grade, low endotoxin bovine serum albumin, with no preservatives. The recombinant mouse IL-3 was purified by immunoaffinity chromatography and was found to be > 95% pure by SDS-PAGE analysis, and an absorbance assay based on the Beers-Lambert law.

Recombinant mouse IL-3 is supplied as a frozen liquid comprised of 0.22 μm sterile-filtered aqueous buffered solution, glycerol and bovine serum albumin, with no preservatives. Recombinant mouse IL-3 is ≥ 95 % pure as determined by SDS-PAGE, and an absorbance assay based on the Beers-Lambert law.

Indications d'application: ELISA Standard: This recombinant mouse IL-3 is useful as a quantitative standard for measuring mouse IL-3 protein levels in an IL-3 specific sandwich ELISA with the purified MP2-8F8 antibody (Cat. No. 554381) as a capture antibody and the biotinylated MP2-43D11 (Cat. No. 554384) as the detection antibody. To obtain linear standard curves, doubling dilutions of this mouse IL-3 standard from 1800-7.5 pg/ml should be included in each ELISA plate. Note: This ELISA pair is recommended primarily for measuring cytokine from experimental cell culture systems. These ELISA reagents are not recommended for assay of serum or plasma samples. For measuring mouse IL-3 in serum or plasma the BD OptEIA™ Mouse IL-3 ELISA Set (Cat. No. 555228) is specially formulated and recommended.
Ligand Blocking Control for Immunofluorescent Staining of Cytokines: The recombinant mouse IL-3 can be used as a blocking control to demonstrate specificity of IL-3 staining by the PE-labeled MP2-8F8 antibody (Cat. No. 554383). The intracellular cytokine staining technique and use of blocking controls are described in detail by C. Prussin and D. Metcalfe.
