- Sujet
- Endomucin, also called endothelial sialomucin or mucin-like sialoglycoprotein, which interferes with the assembly of focal adhesion complexes and inhibits interaction between cells and the extracellular matrix. EMCN is a mucin-like sialoglycoprotein that interferes with the assembly of focal adhesion complexes and inhibits interaction between cells and the extracellular matrix. This protein expressed in heart, kidney and lung. Recombinant human EMCN protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
