    Sujet
B9D2 contains a B9 domain protein, which are exclusively found in ciliated organisms. This protein is upregulated during mucociliary differentiation, and the encoded protein localizes to basal bodies and cilia. Disrupting expression of this gene results in ciliogenesis defects. Recombinant human B9D2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
