Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS, 200 mM Arginine ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: Macrophages play key roles during cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and their related complications.Apelin (APLN) is a key molecule, whose roles during CVD have been documented previously. Therefore, it has been hypothesized that APLN may perform its roles via modulation of macrophages.
