Restrictions
For Research Use only
Format
Lyophilized
Reconstitution
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Buffer
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

4 °C,-80 °C
Stockage commentaire
Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Sujet
TL1A, VEGI-251, TNFSF15, TL1, VEGI, VEGI192A,TNF superfamily member 15 (TNFSF15), a cytokine largely produced by vascular endothelial cells and a specific inhibitor of the proliferation of these same cells, can inhibit VEGF-induced vascular permeability in vitro and in vivo, and that death receptor 3 (DR3), a cell surface receptor of TNFSF15, mediates TNFSF15-induced dephosphorylation of VEGFR2.
Poids moléculaire
58.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
