Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Sujet: Lysosome-associated membrane protein 5 (LAMP5) is a mammalian ortholog of the Caenorhabditis elegans protein, UNC-46, which functions as a sorting factor to localize the vesicular GABA transporter UNC-47 to synaptic vesicles. In the mouse forebrain, LAMP5 is expressed in a subpopulation of GABAergic neurons in the olfactory bulb and the striato-nigral system, where it is required for fine-tuning of GABAergic synaptic transmission.

Poids moléculaire: 49.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
