Reconstitution
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose and 0.01 % tween is added as protectant before lyophilization.

CD112, MPH, Nectin2, PRR2, PVRL2, HVEB, PVRR2,Nectin-2 is an adhesion molecule that has been reported to play a role in tumor growth, metastasis and tumor angiogenesis. Nectin-2 expression in ovarian cancer may support tumor cell adhesion, leading to growth and lymph node metastasis. Effect of VEGF on Nectin-2 expression as well as permeability was investigated in HUVEC.

38.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
