Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: Osteoclast-associated receptor (OSCAR) is a co-stimulatory receptor in osteoclastogenesis. Synovial tissues from active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients express higher levels of OSCAR compared with osteoarthritic and normal patients. OSCAR and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) expression levels did not differ between the cartilage pannus junction (CPJ) and non-CPJ regions in active RA.

Poids moléculaire: 49.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
