Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: SLAMF1/CD150 receptor is a founder of signaling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM) family of cell-surface receptors. It is widely expressed on cells within hematopoietic system. In hematologic malignancies CD150 cell surface expression is restricted to cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, few types of B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, near half of cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Hodgkin's lymphoma, and multiple myeloma.

Poids moléculaire: 27.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
