Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: Tissue factor (also named Coagulation Factor III) is a cell surface glycoprotein responsible for initiating the extrinsic pathway of coagulation.Tissue factor is the primary cellular initiator of blood coagulation via interaction with coagulation factor VII. Aberrant expression of tissue factor is responsible for thrombosis during septic shock, atherosclerosis and cancer.

Poids moléculaire: 25.89 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
