Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: The R-spondins are members of a superfamily of thrombospondin type 1 repeat (TSR-1)-containing proteins. The prototype member (discovered in 1971) was isolated from platelets that had been stimulated with thrombin, and was therefore designated 'thrombin-sensitive protein.

Poids moléculaire: 14.95 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-35 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
