Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCL ( pH 8.0). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: Sperm protein 17 (Sp17) is a highly conserved mammalian protein characterized in rabbit, mouse, monkey, baboon, macaque, human testis and spermatozoa. mRNA encoding Sp17 has been detected in a range of murine and human somatic tissues. It was also recognized in two myeloma cell lines and in neoplastic cells from patients with multiple myeloma and ovarian carcinoma.

Poids moléculaire: 18.50 kDa. The protein migrates to 20-28 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
