- Attributs du produit
- Recomb. Recombinant Herpes Simplex Virus-1 gD (HSV-1) glycosylated. Glycosylated recombinant ecto-domain of HSV-1 gD (AA 21-339 from KOS strain) representing the external domain of the gD molecule without membrane spanning and cytosolic sequences. It encodes a protein of approximately 30 kDa that contains 3 sites for glycosylation. Contains a 6-histidine fusion partner. The yeast system adds a mannose core oligosaccharide to N-linked motifs. Glycosylation is heterogeneous and results in several immunoreactive products greater than 40 kDa on Western blots. The doublet band at approximately 28 and 30 kDa is not believed to be glycosylated.
- Purification
- Purity verified by SDS-PAGE. Purity compares with reference lot.
