Plus d’anticorps contre Fibrinogen alpha Chain partenaires d’interaction

Human Fibrinogen alpha Chain (FGA) interaction partners

  1. Fibrinogen FGA, FGB and FGG genes were sequenced in 17 patients by next-generation sequencing. Variants leading to fibrinogen deficiency were found in all patients. Eight novel variants were described.

  2. Chromatin interactions are important for the coordinated regulation of the human fibrinogen genes. An interaction between the FGA promoter and the edge of the locus was more frequent in fibrinogen-expressing cells.

  3. Staphylococcus aureus Coa binds with a significantly higher affinity to soluble fibrinogen than to fibrinogen coated on a plastic surface, whereas vWbp demonstrates no preference between the two forms of fibrinogen.

  4. The dysfibrinogenemia was probably caused by the novel Gly31Glu mutation of the FGA gene.

  5. the presence of human serum albumin (HSA) or immunoglobulin G (IgG), which are both protected from intracellular degradation by the interaction with the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn), results in a decreased amount of internalized fibrinogen.

  6. alphaIIbbeta3 binding to polymeric fibrin can be segregated into two binding regimes, one with weaker rupture forces of 30-60 pN and a second with stronger rupture forces >60 pN that peaked at 70-80 pN.

  7. The authors show here, using scanning electron microscopy and confocal microscopy, that platelet-poor-plasma from subjects with type 2 diabetes had a much greater propensity for hypercoagulability and for fibrin amyloidogenesis, and that these could both be reversed by LBP.

  8. ERp5 triggers fibrinogen dissociation from aIIbb3 integrin.

  9. Certain core genes, including COL12A1, glutathione Stransferase alpha3 (GSTA3), fibrinogen alpha chain (FGA) and fibrinogen gamma chain (FGG), were the first reported to be associated with Gastric Cancer. Survival analysis suggested that these four genes, COL12A1 (P=0.002), GSTA3 (P=3.4x106), FGA (P=0.00075) and FGG (P=1.4x105), were significant poor prognostic factors of gastric cancer.

  10. this study shows that hypofibrinogenaemia associated with novel Aalpha126Val-->Asp mutation in the fibrinogen coiled coil

  11. All the exons and exon-intron boundaries of fibrinogen genes (FGA, FGB and FGG) were analysed by direct DNA sequencing

  12. Taken together, an increased pretreatment plasma fibrinogen level was related to worse survival in digestive system tumors, indicating that it could be a useful prognostic marker in these types of tumors.

  13. The risk of early pregnancy loss was significantly higher in women with homozygous or heterozygous FGA: p.Thr331Ala polymorphism than in women with FGA: p.Thr331 (Odds ratio: 8.84, P < .05).

  14. Data defined the mutational burden of the fibrinogen FGA, FGB, and FGG genes, and estimated the prevalence of inherited fibrinogen disorders through a systematic analysis of exome/genome data.

  15. CD47 expression is decreased on the surface of erythrocytes in obese subjects. These changes in CD47 expression on the erythrocytes surface may be an adaptive response to hyperfibrinogenemia associated with obesity.

  16. Fibrinogen A alpha arginine-glycine-aspartate sequence (residues 95-97) is essential for binding to its erythrocyte receptor.

  17. Binding of human fibrinogen to MRP enhances Streptococcus suis survival in host blood in a alphaXbeta2 integrin-dependent manner.

  18. High fibrinogen level is associated with Type-2 diabetes and diabetic vascular disease.

  19. The heterozygous AalphaArg16His and gammaAsp185Asn identified in the study probably underlie the dysfibrinogenemia in this pedigree, with the latter being identified for the first time.

  20. A brief history of some key events in the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin has been reviewed. (Review)

Cow (Bovine) Fibrinogen alpha Chain (FGA) interaction partners

  1. two different approaches to tune the fibrillar structure and mechanical properties of fibrin hydrogels, are reported.

  2. Full-length bovine alphaC-domain, bAalpha374-568, and its human counterpart, hAalpha392-610, can form ordered oligomers in a similar manner.

  3. NMR solution structure of the bovine fibrinogen alphaC-domain fragment, including residues Aalpha374-538, reveals a type-I' beta-hairpin, restricted at the base by a C423-C453 disulfide linkage and a short turn preceding C423.

  4. the complete NMR solution structure of the Aalpha406-483 alphaC-domain fragment, provide direct evidence for the intra- and intermolecular interactions between the alphaC-domains, and confirm that these interactions are thermodynamically driven.

Mouse (Murine) Fibrinogen alpha Chain (FGA) interaction partners

  1. cellular fibrin uptake was diminished by elimination of CCR2-expressing cells.

  2. Mice expressing a mutant form of fibrinogen cannot support fibrin formation exhibit compromised antimicrobial host defense.

  3. Data indicate RU-505 as an effective inhibitor of the beta-amyloid (Abeta)-fibrinogen interaction.

  4. These results suggest that immunoreactivity of Fg in the kidney, as well as urinary excretion of Fg, serves as a sensitive and early diagnostic translational biomarker for detection of acute kidney injury.

  5. Data indicate that FXIIIa-targeted probe signals showed good overlap with immune-fluorescent fibrin staining images.

  6. Fbg deficiency was associated with enhanced hepatic expression of the transcription factor early growth response-1.

Fibrinogen alpha Chain (FGA) profil antigène

Profil protéine

The protein encoded by this gene is the alpha component of fibrinogen, a blood-borne glycoprotein comprised of three pairs of nonidentical polypeptide chains. Following vascular injury, fibrinogen is cleaved by thrombin to form fibrin which is the most abundant component of blood clots. In addition, various cleavage products of fibrinogen and fibrin regulate cell adhesion and spreading, display vasoconstrictor and chemotactic activities, and are mitogens for several cell types. Mutations in this gene lead to several disorders, including dysfibrinogenemia, hypofibrinogenemia, afibrinogenemia and renal amyloidosis. Alternative splicing results in two isoforms which vary in the carboxy-terminus.
