Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF)
Specificité
At least two isoforms of SPATA4 are known to exist, this antibody will detect both isoforms. SPATA4 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with SPATA protein family members
Purification
Affinity chromatography purified via peptide column
Immunogène
SPATA4 antibody was raised against an AA 18 synthetic peptide near the carboxy terminus of human SPATA4.

(Spermatogenesis Associated Protein 4 (SPATA4))
Synonyms: Spermatogenesis associated protein 4, testis and spermatogenesis cell apoptosis related gene 2, TSARG2, SPEF1B
The spermatogenesis associated protein 4 (SPATA4) protein, also known as TSARG1, is highly expressed in testis, and to a much lower extent in other tissues. SPATA4 contains a highly conserved DUF1042 domain, but no significant homology with any other known protein. SPATA4 is thought to play an important role in the development of cryptorchid testis and is a testis-specific apoptosis candidate oncogene.
