Indications d'application: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:128000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 30kD band in Human Colon, Kidney, Thymus and Tonsil lysates after 0.01 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 12.0kD according to NP_055551.1. The 30kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
