Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting, ELISA and supershift assays. Recommended Dilutions: This product was assayed by immunoblot and found to bereactive against RFX5 (C-terminal specific) at a dilution of 1: 250 followed by reaction withPeroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat). Anti-RFX5 (C-terminalspecific) is suitable for the detection by immunoblot of human RFX5. This product was alsotested in a gel supershift assay and found to be reactive against RFX5 using 0.5 to 1.0 mlper assay.
Other applications not tested.
