Indications d'application: Western Blot: 0.5 μg/mL for HRPO/ECL detection. Positive control: Cell lysate from untreated HepG2 cells (included - please see Protocols). Recommended buffer: Casein/Tween 20 based blocking and blot incubation buffer.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Protocole: Positive Control Cell Lysate: HepG2 UntreatedFormat: Lyophilized cell lysate from serum starved HepG2 cells. Reconstitution: Restore by addition of 200 µl H2O. After complete solubilization add 200µl2x SDS-PAGE sample buffer, mix and incubate at 90°C for 5 min. Applications: The positive control cell lysate is recommended for immunoblotapplications. 20 µl of positive control cell lysate correspond to ca. 80,000 cells. Use 20 µl / lane (mini gel) for HRPO/ECL detection of target proteins. Please note: The lyophilized cell lysates contain SDS and are not recommended forapplications with native proteins such as immunoprecipitation.
