Specificité
- Clone WA-1 reacts with human and other mammalian p21 protein. The intracellular protein p21 is a 21 kD protein and also known as wild-type p53-activated fragment 1 (WAF1). It is an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks) and proliferating-cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). Source: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with human p21 protein. Splenocytes were fused with mouse myeloma cell line SP2. Hybridomas were selected in DMEM supplied with 20 % FCS, 1gg/mL azaserine and 10-4 M hypoxanthine. The immunoglobulin producing hybridoma with desired specificity was cloned twice by limiting dilution.
