    Précaution d'utilisation
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

    Sujet
Phosphatidate phosphatase (PAP) plays important role in lipid-signaling metabolism in eukaryotic cells. Two distinct types of PAP (PAP1 and PAP2) activity have been distinguished by their subcellular localization and differential sensitivity to N-ethylmaleimide(NEM) and Mg2+.A yeast diacylglycerol pyrophosphate (DGPP) phosphatase (DPP1) and mammalian DGPP phosphatase (PAP2) have been identified as Mg2+-independent and NEM-insensitive membrane-associated.PPAPDC1A (also known as DPPL2) and PPAPDC1B (DPPL1) form a novel type of Mg2+-independent and NEM-sensitive mammalian phosphatidate phosphatase showing broad substrate.PPAPDC1A is preferentially expressed in endothelial cells.Studies of PPAPDC1A and PAP activity suggest that they may play a role in angiogenesis.
Synonyms: DPPL2, phosphatidic acid phosphatase type 2 domain containing 1, PPAPDC1
