    Précaution d'utilisation
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

    Sujet
Thymopoietin (TMPO), also known as LAP2, is a widely expressed lem-domain-containing nuclear protein that is thought to play an important role in the regulation of nuclear architecture by binding lamin B1 and chromosomes in a manner regulated by phosphorylation during mitosis.Thymopoietin associates with nucleoplasmic lamins A/C, which are encoded by the dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) gene LMNA, mutations in Thymopoietin disrupt this binding, suggesting that Thymopoietin may be a candidate disease gene for DCM.
