Indications d'application: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:128000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 70kD band in Mouse fetal Brain lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 97.8kD according to NP_659058.2. The 70kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
