Épitope: pThr58

Specificité: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site. Myc (phospho-Thr58) antibody detects endogenous levels of Myc only when phosphorylated at threonine 58.

Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography.

Immunogène: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Myc around the phosphorylation site of threonine 58 (L-P-TP-P-P).

Indications d'application: Suitable for use in Western blot (1: 500approx. 1: 1000) and Immunohistochemistry (1: 50approx. 1: 100).
