Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:5000 - 1:20000), IP (1:100), WB (1:500 - 1:5000)

Usage: Anti-Aldolase has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Aldolase [Rabbit Muscle] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1000 to 1:2000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
