Épitope: pTyr1007

Specificité: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site. JAK2 (phospho-Tyr1007) antibody detects endogenous levels of JAK2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1007.

Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography.

Immunogène: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human JAK2 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 1007 (K-E-YP-Y-K).
