Purification: Protein G purified

Immunogène: Purified Hsp24 isolated from MCF-7, a human breast tumor cell line (7). Upon cloning and sequence analysis of the gene encoding the 24kD protein, nucleotide sequence comparison revealed complete identity with the small heat shock protein, Hsp27.
