Purification: Protocadherin X antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogène: Protocadherin X antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of Protocadherin X.

Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band in human brain (amygdala, hippocampus, Substantia nigra) lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
