- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 30 kDa band observed in human spleen and testis lysates (calculated MW of 19.8 kDa according to NP_004326.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Rollason, J Cell Sci. 2007 Nov 1,120 (Pt 21) :3850-8., PMID: 17940069). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
