  • Indications d'application
    ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western Blot: Approximately 65 kDa band observed in human hippocampus and mouse and rat brain lysates (calculated MW of 47.6 kDa according to NP_005630.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Matthew et al, J Cell Biol. 1981 Oct,91 (1) :257-69., PMID: 7298720). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human brain shows vesicular staining in neuronal cell and axon. Recommended concentration, 4-6 μg/mL.
