Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 120 kDa band observed in human kidney lysates (calculated MW of 110 kDa according to NP_004512.1). Recommended for use at 0.2-1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human kidney, shows perinuclear labelling of some glomerular cells and cytoplasmic staining of renal tubules. Recommended concentration, 1-2 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded human uterus shows strong staining of the epithelium on endometrial glands. Recommended concentration, 2-3 μg/mL.
