Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 50 kDa band observed in human brain (substantia nigra, hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 47.1 kDa according to NP_060708.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 22 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
