Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 37 kDa band observed in NIH/3T3 lysate (calculated MW of 37.7 kDa according to human NP_003968.1 and 37.6 kDa according to mouse NP_057875.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing ARA9 a band of approximately 42 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.02-0.06 μg/mL.
