- Indications d'application
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 55 kDa band observed in human bone marrow lysates (calculated MW of 59.9 kDa according to NP_054772.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
