Immunogène: NCF4 antibody was raised against an 11 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of NCF4.

Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 38 kDa band observed in lysates of Daudi lysate (calculated MW of 39.0 kDa according to NP_000622.2 and 38.8 kDa according to NP_038202.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing P40PHOX a band of approximately 42 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human tonsil shows staining of the cytoplasm in some cells. Recommended concentration, 2-4 μg/mL.
