Immunogène: PCBP4 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of PCBP4.

Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 40 kDa band observed in HeLa lysate (calculated MW of 41.4 kDa according to NP_127502.1 and NP_127503.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing PCBP4 a band of approximately 45 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
