Immunogène: PI31 antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of PI31.

Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 35 kDa band observed in human kidney lysates (calculated MW of 29.8 kDa according to NP_006805.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing PSMF1 a band of approximately 35 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
