- Indications d'application
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approximately 150 kDa band observed in human adipose lysates (calculated MW of 123 kDa according to NP_056107.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing FAM62A a band of approximately 120 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
