- Indications d'application
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 38 kDa band in human testis, tonsil and thymus lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human testis shows nuclear staining in spermatocytes. Recommended concentration, 2.5-3.8 μg/mL.
