Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Approximately 35 kDa band in human Ileum and duodenum lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining.7 kDa according to NP_115968.1. The 35 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human colon shows textured staning of cytoplasm in enterocytes. Recommended concentration, 2-4 μg/mL.
