Réactivité croisée (Details)
This 19 aa rat immunogenic peptide has 100 % sequence homology with rat AVP1a receptors (394, 395, and 424 aa), 84 % with mouse, 68 % with human, and 52 % with sheep AVR-V1a receptors. However, no significant similarity is seen with AVP V1b or V2 or V3 receptors.

Sujet
Vasopressin receptors are members of the G-protein coupled receptors with putative 7 transmembrane domains. The sizes of various AVP receptors are V1a (rat, 424 AA, human, 418 AA), V1b (rat, 421 AA, human, 424 AA), V2 (rat, 371 AA, human 371 AA).
