Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL detects ~5 ng/lane under reducing and non-reducing conditions. ELISA (Capture): 0.2-0.8 μg/mL. Can be used as a capture reagent in a sandwich immunoassay in combination with a biotinylated, rat EGF antibody and recombinant rat EGF as the standard. -
