Specificité: The antibody detects endogenous level of JAK1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1022.

Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogène: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pTyr1022 (K-E-Y (p) -Y-T) derived from Human JAK1. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
