Application
-
-
Épitope
- pSer15
-
Specificité
- The antibody detects endogenous level of HSP27only when phosphorylated at serine 15.
-
Purification
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
-
Immunogène
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer15 (G-P-S (p) -W-D) derived from Human HSP27. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
-
Isotype
- IgG
