  • Indications d'application
Peptide ELISA: limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Approx 45 kDa band observed in Human Heart lysates(calculated MW of 46.5 kDa according to NP_942002.1). An additional band of unknownidentity was also consistently observed at 35 kDa. This band was successfully blocked byincubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from peoplein the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have anyfurther splice variants/modified forms been reported?Immunohistochemistryon paraffin sections: 5-10 μg/mL. In Human Skeletal Muscle showsstriated pattern staining of majority of muscular fibres.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Sujet
Arylsulfatase B (ARSB) belongs to the sulfatase family. The arylsulfatase B homodimer catalyzes hydrolysis of the sulfate groups of N-Acetyl-D-galactosamine, chondriotin sulfate, and dermatan sulfate. Defects in this gene cause Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome.Synonyms: ARSB, ASB, G4S, N-acetylgalactosamine-4-sulfatase
