Indications d'application: ELISA. Clone RFFVII/2 may be used as a Capture antibody in Immunoassay for Factor VII incombination with clone RFFVII/1 as a Detection reagent. Radioimmunoassays. Western blotting: This Factor VII antibody binds to a conformational epitope and will notbind to reduced Factor VI.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Sujet: Factor VII is a 50 kDa multi-domain, single chain plasma glycoprotein synthesised in the liver and having anormal circulating concentration of between 400 and 600 μg/L. It is essential for blood coagulation. Factor VII is converted to the active, two chain, serine protease Factor VIIa through cleavage by thrombin, factor Xa, factor IXa or factor XIIa.
