Usage: ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 0.5-1 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 2000 pg/mL of recombinant human IL-4 when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IL-4 (LS-C104301) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2-4 μg/mL. Western Blot: To detect hIL-4 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.50 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIL-4 is 0.25-1 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions. - Commentaires
