Application
- Western Blotting (WB)
- Specificité
- Recognizes Ser144 phosphorylated PAK1 and Ser141 phosphorylated PAK2. This antibody also recognizes Ser139 phosphorylated PAK3 but does not cross-react with phosphorylated PAK4-6. The p21-activated kinase (PAK) family of serine/threonine kinases is engaged in multiple cellular processes, including cytoskeletal reorganization, MAPK signaling, apoptotic signaling, control of phagocyte NADPH oxidase and growth factor-induced neurite outgrowth. Species cross-reactivity: Human and guinea pig, predicted to react with rat and mouse due to 100 % sequence homology.
- Purification
- Protein A purified
- Immunogène
-
KLH-conjugated, synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser144 of human PAK1.
Type of Immunogen: Synthetic phospho-peptide - Isotype
