  • Indications d'application
Peptide ELISA: 1/32000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 50 kDa and 25 kDa in HumanKidney lysate after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find anexplanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the predicted sizes of 41.0 kDaaccording to NP_036320 (isoform a) and 30.0 kDa according to NP_65892(isofrom b). The bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizingpeptide. Immunohistochemistry: This product has been successfully used in Mouse Epididymus.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Sujet
FOXI1 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which are characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. This gene may play an important role in the development of the cochlea and vestibulum, as well as embryogenesis. Mutations in this gene may be associated with the common cavity phenotype. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.Synonyms: FREAC6, Forkhead box protein I1, Forkhead-related protein FKHL10, Forkhead-related transcription factor 6, HFH3, HNF-3/fork-head homolog 3, Hepatocyte nuclear factor 3 forkhead homolog 3
