Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:128000)
Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 50 kDa band in Human Kidney, Liver and Lung lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 21.3 kDa according to NP_001078920.1. The 50 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. - Commentaires
